Creative Collaboration

Our daughter Angie sent us these adorable pictures of the completed nursery all ready for our newest family member's arrival just weeks away. All of the furniture in the room was rehabbed or repurposed. I am just so tickled to show off the talents of this collaboration with her husband Danny and her sister Jennifer.

Angie told me the canvases used here were purchased for a dollar at a local yard sale and Danny painted over them to match elements in the baby quilt. A dad with talent and vision creating beautiful art for his baby girl already.

Here's a baby matinee jacket that I knit for Emmy earlier this year in a periwinkle blue with a shear pink ribbon that Angie selected.

Soon we'll be enjoying pictures of a far more important collaboration of Angie and Danny. The anticipated arrival of our newest granddaughter Emmy Rose!
