Gingerbread Snowmen

If you have just a spare 30 minutes, you can bake up a batch of these gingerbread cookies. They are so easy.

This is the cookie cutter I used.

I told you they were easy! Baking time is just 10 min.

And the icing.

Make your own pastry bag using a plastic baggie. Just spoon in some icing, squeeze it into a corner, and cut the tip with your scissors.

Then go ahead and have yourself a cookie.

Because it's the holidays, and you still have lots of things left to do.

Like baking up a batch of cookies for someone to bring somewhere at the last minute because they forgot to tell you. That almost never happens here though.
