I found a bag of clear faceted pendants today for just $2.
I paired them with some glittery string that I already had.
And suspended them from the rafters in our studio.
One more shot from another angle.
I also found a portable wine rack today for $3.
Tucked into the bottom compartment of this repurposed nightstand that I painted black and outfitted with one of our raku fish drawer pulls, its already waiting to be filled.
Close up of our raku drawer pull.
Here's one more look of the shiny stuff, this time with the lights dimmed.
Proof that I am easily distracted by shiny objects. Disco anyone?

lol So am I. I just bought a chandelier for my dining room that doesnt have alot of stuff on it but what is there, I really love. Many crystal balls. ......not the prisms as usual. I have to clean her up and find more old brass chain but I cant wait to see her hanging in the room.
wow, looks like something I would do, when I should be doing something else.
Ohhh I love shiny things. Those balls look so pretty. I love to find treasures!!!! Your room is looking fabulous - such clever decorating.
Lili girl you are too cool! Love it!
Kat :)
Just let me whip out my Abba suit and I'll be in for a bit of a boogie in your Gary Glitter Studio! Très cool there Lili. What should I bring to stock the wine rack with?
Well Ill be pretending to have a crystal chandelier too in my bathroom. I just saw a blog where the girl did it with threads and plastic crystal beads. She just strung it together and let the strings hang down over the existing light fixture in there. There are new modern chandeliers called raindrop chandys. Im gonna fake one like you did here.
you're studio is looking awesome! i am still surrounded by grey walls and lots of cold! the color warms your space up nicely.
