I guess that's how I managed to find the label again today, because of the clingy factor. Anyway, here it is displayed with my sea glass button. Kind of fits, don't you think?
While out thrifting today, I found this pin that looks like a wreath of roses. Then upon closer inspection, I discovered it's actually made up of little tiny sea shells. Someone had a lot of patience to arrange them like that. I've never seen shells that color here in Maine, but what a great idea for someone who has, provided you have a pair of tweezers handy.

Great pictures, as always! That little pin is so sweet. Question: Should I be worried about copyright infringement by having a playlist on my blog? Hubby and I are at odds about this. I love your music and that inspired me to add some to P&H. Love to know your thoughts. Thanks!
I love those little pins. We used to make them when I was a kid - lo these many years ago. You did have to use tweezers and use tiny drops of glue, and everyone had at least one pin - and sometimes some clip-on earrings. I found a pin at a thrift shop a while back - little bunches of shell roses. Just thinking about it I can smell the special glue we had to use. I wonder if someone will be bringing this craft back - very delicate and time consuming - but so clever and cute.
I love your dessert!!!! I'd eat it to. LOL
What a pretty pin - someone must have had so much patience to make that. I am surprised it has survived - it looks so delicate. Your lunch looks like my kind of food - I love egg sandwiches with a bit of green (in my case, usually cress).
Hi Lili ~ All is well at P&H with the music. Turns out that since I set it up through playlist.com, everything is okay....But I do SO appreciate you weighing in on the matter, because your blog is wonderful and so is the music and I assume you know what you are doing! PS: That Raspberry Royale cake was HEAVENLY. I copied the salad from a local restaurant....maybe I should try the same with the cake....mmmm! xo
I think what I love most about your blog is that youjust take life - everyday life - and turn it into a worthy mention! Your pictures are fabulous - they always are! I love coming here!
