Socked In

During our walk, in between today's raindrops, I took a few photos to show you.

While out enjoying the roses.

I'm also enjoying my new camera's built-in wide angle lens.

As well as it's fine macro feature.

And the zoom feature too.

What a contrast between the grey of the day and the cheery pink of the roses.

Henri borrowed my camera for a moment.

In order to illustrate my fine choice of attire today.

Nice photos - lovely raindrops and rain gear. We had sunshine today for a change - and I took some pictures of the wild roses - now to get them off the camera and into the blog.

Lili -
Call me crazy but I LOVE taking rainy day photos. While on a trip to Canada we spend a day at a very rainy Peggy's Cove - those pictures with rain and fog and mist are some of the best Ihave ever took! Yours are wonderful. I can see that you are loving your new camera!

It's rainin' here today too - if I had a trendy yellow waterproof, maybe I'd be out there too. Just goes to show it isn't the weather that makes a good photo, it's the person with the camera. Glad you're enjoying yours - what is it?

I am completely smitten with your life here and your beautiful photos. Thanks for leaving the comment on my blog. We've just arrived home from a week's stay on the coast at Gouldsborough off Schieffelin Point Road.
I've added you to my blogroll so I can continue to enjoy your beautiful area! Thanks, Lili!
